Job Summary

The Project Manager will work with various teams within the Agency and with external partners and vendors to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of Ontario Health products and services. This role will involve managing multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all project stages, including scope, timeline, and costs, to achieve project objectives in accordance with business needs and expectations.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, including project schedules, resource allocation, and budgeting.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, including project sponsors, team members, and external partners, to ensure that project requirements are met.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans to ensure project success.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project reports, meeting minutes, and other relevant documents.
Requirements
  • University degree in computer science, healthcare, business, or a related discipline.
  • 5-8 years of project management experience delivering large-scale technology initiatives and complex IT solutions in a highly integrated setting.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile, or actively working towards the designation is preferred.
  • Direct experience coordinating and managing project activities, monitoring and reporting on progress, and anticipating and resolving issues, risks, and conflicts.
