We are looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team in Waterloo, ON.
Identify and develop potential prospects or opportunities within the assigned territory Aggressively pursue competitive accounts, position and differentiate Van Houtte Coffee Services from competitorsProactively manage and grow customer account requirements and increase sales by promoting new equipment and productsSustain sales activities ; appointments, demos, proposals, cold calls and database updatesManage trials and sales cycle for attributed accountsMeet regularly with account customers to review their satisfaction and ensure expectations are metCarry out regular meetings with front line reps; optimize communication with team membersCommunicate any changes to customer service expectationsPrepare and present customized office coffee solutions to meet customer needsThe Business Development Manager is an important part of the sales, service and deliver team and is responsible for ensuring that our customers’ expectations and needs are fully satisfied
