As a Sales Account Manager at Trans-Pro, your responsibilities include:

  • Cultivating and building strong relationships with clients and suppliers
  • Negotiating rates and staying informed about market trends
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve company goals.

Soft Skills Needed: We're seeking individuals with adaptability, communication, problem-solving, decision-making, resourcefulness, persuasion, negotiation, organization, critical thinking, persistence, and more

What We Offer:

  • Competitive starting salary of 50K-65K with consideration for experience, education, and interview performance.
  • Transition to our uncapped commission structure upon reaching senior level.
  • Full-time position with a Monday to Friday daytime schedule

Requirements:

  • Confidence in cold calling and meeting KPIs
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset and excellent English language skills (French and Spanish are a plus)
  • Full-time availability for in-office work (remote options available after the first year)
