About Us: Our client is a leading car dealership in Surrey, BC. They pride themselves on providing top-notch customer service and a wide selection of vehicles to their valued customers. We are seeking a motivated and organized Administrative Assistant to support their Sales Leader in day-to-day operations.Position Overview: The Administrative Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the Sales Leader with various administrative tasks, including answering phones, handling contracts, and other essential duties. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, efficient, and have excellent communication skills. Proficiency in Punjabi is preferred and will be given special consideration.Key Responsibilities:Answer and direct phone calls in a professional mannerAssist with the preparation and management of sales contractsMaintain organized records and filesSchedule and coordinate meetings and appointmentsAssist with customer inquiries and provide excellent customer servicePerform general administrative tasks as neededQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plusProven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar roleProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)Excellent organizational and time-management skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProficiency in Punjabi is preferredBenefits:Competitive hourly wage ($23-$25 per hour)Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insuranceOpportunity for growth and advancement within the companyPositive and supportive work environment
