Our client, a top 5 bank, is looking for a Bilingual Recruiter for a 6 months contract in Toronto. This position is a hybrid position - in office on Wednesdays.
Pay rate: $41.26 / Hour
Working hours: 37.5 hours/week

Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Recruiter your duties will include, but are not limited to:
âEnd to end recruitment support and consultations related to one designated business line
âProviding consultation, advice and recruitment support to hiring managers
âliaising with industry organizations, recruitment vendors and candidates
âGenerating candidate flow through a variety of sourcing channels
âIdentifying appropriate sources and work with these sources to attract qualified candidates
âDeveloping cost effective, efficient, creative and innovative solutions to sourcing challenges
âEducating, consulting and transfering knowledge of staffing processes, diversity, interviewing skills and legislation to hiring managers
âConducting screen resumes and/or telephone interviews to ensure candidates meet minimum recruitment criteria
âInterviewing, providing support and counsel to hiring managers throughout the interviewing process
âGathering and providing feedback/recommendations to both the candidate and hiring manager regarding strengths and development
âManaging information and recruitment process through the Applicant Tracking System (People-Click)
âParticipating in special staffing oriented projects as required

Qualifications
âRecruitment experience within financial services
âBilingual (Fluent in French / English languages)
â5 years full life-cycle recruitment experience in a corporate environment
âAdvanced sourcing, networking, and lead generation skills
âExcellent relationship building skills and consultative mindset
âStrong negotiation skills
âResults oriented with honed multi-tasking skills
âExperience working with e-Recruitment tools and behavioral based interviews
âConsultative recruitment support in a coaching and advisory capacity to all levels of management
âUniversity Bachelorâs Degree
âPossess or working towards AIRS Professional Recruiter Certification
âPossess or working towards Certified Human Resources Management (CHRP) certificate â would be an asset
âExperience working with e-Recruitment tools and behavioural based Interviews
âStrong sourcing skills to locate candidates with rare skill sets
âExcellent relationship building skills and proven ability to provide value added consultative service
âStrong client service orientation
