We are seeking a motivated and outgoing individual to join our team as a Bilingual Campus Recruiter This role will primarily involve building relationships with optometry students on campus, promoting FYidoctors' brand, student programs, career opportunities, and providing support to students in their educational and professional endeavors.

**What Will You be Doing?**
- Acting as a point of contact for student inquiries, providing information about our organization, opportunities, and the recruitment process.
- Building and maintain a strong network of relationships with students, career service offices, and faculty members at targeted educational institutions.
- Collaborating with internal teams to create innovative engagement strategies, and to develop and implement campus-specific strategies and initiatives.
- Planning and executing events, including managing our student programs, and other engagement initiatives to educate students about our organization and industry trends.
- Representing the organization at career fairs, networking events, and campus visits to promote our brand and opportunities, and collaborate with external partners such as student organizations and professional associations to expand our reach and enhance engagement efforts.
- Collecting feedback from students and faculty to continuously improve our campus engagement efforts. Looking for opportunities to improve our processes and programs.
- Maintaining accurate records of student interactions and engagement activities in the CRM system.
- Providing regular reports and insights on engagement metrics, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Bilingualism (French/English).
- A Bachelor's degree in a Human Resources.
- 2 years experience in recruitment.
- Flexibility for travel to Optometry educational institutions and events. (Across North America)
- Experience in student engagement, campus recruiting, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect effectively with students from diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Creativity in developing engagement initiatives and events.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and relevant engagement tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a growth environment.
- Passion for education, talent development, and fostering meaningful connections.
