Advantages
-1 month contract with the opportunity to become permanent
-Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm

Responsibilities
-Assisting with HR administrative duties
-Scheduling interviews and onboarding
-Data entry and management
-Assisting with confirming payroll and benefits
-Preparing paperwork and training for new hires
-Utilizing HRIS and ADP to support hiring process
-Completing background checks
-Communicating with other departments
-Other administrative duties as required

Qualifications
-Open to recent graduates
-Experience with ADP and/or HRIS is an asset
-Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Basic level of Excel
-Organizational and attention to detail skills required to perform activities in a deadline driven environment
-Excellent communications skills, written and verbal
-Eagar to learn and willing to problem solve
