**Manufacturer of custom windows & doors for over 40 years, is looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join their dynamic team.**
**SUMMARY**:To provide administrative support and assistance to senior management team.
**SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Provide high quality administrative support to senior management team
- Day to Day Office Operations such as mail, monitoring and ordering office supplies.
- Produces information by formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics.
- Conserves executive's time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications.
- Manage and maintain senior management’s schedules, appointments and travel arrangements.
- Arrange and co-ordinate meetings and events.
- Record and distribute minutes of meetings.
- Monitor, screen, respond to and distribute incoming communications.
- Answer and manage incoming calls to senior management.
- Receive and interact with incoming visitors to senior management.
- Liaise with internal staff at all levels.
- Interact with external clients.
- Co-ordinate project-based work.
- Provide assistance to HR Manager.
- Perform off-site errands.
- Other tasks as assigned from time to time.
**PREREQUISITES**:
- Three or more year's experience providing support at a high level.
- Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office, Outlook, Power Point and Excel.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in the day to day office operations.
**WORK ENVIRONMENT**:
- Office/manufacturing environment.
**COMPENSATION**:
- Starting at $20.00 TO $30.00/hr.
- Enrollment into benefit program within first 6 months
- 3 weeks paid vacation
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
