Our Sports & Entertainment team is hiring As the Client Solutions Manager, reporting to the Director of Client Solutions, you will be working directly with our clients in delivering the world-class customer service Gallagher is so well known for. This means you will be managing an existing portfolio of clients – driving the renewal cycle, handling day-to-day policy changes, working on diverse accounts and collaborating with insurers.
Our Sports & Entertainment division at GGB is one of the world's largest community brokers. We take enormous pride in providing crucial protection for a spectrum of amateur and professional sports around the world. We offer Media, Entertainment and Events Insurance for a variety of events including music, entertainment and sports. We also cover crew, advertising, media consultants and agencies.

Supporting a designated portfolio of Clientele, playing the lead role in business retention and continually building upon customer relationships
Review accounts at renewal, taking the vital steps in placing coverage required by the client, re-marketing when required and adhering to binding authority set out by carriers
Recognize upselling and cross-selling opportunities, driving the creation of quality leads, working with Account Executives in binding the client
Consistently acting to upgrade insurance market knowledge, keeping abreast of new products and policy updates
Experience working as an Account Manager within Personal Lines or Commercial Lines within a brokerage environment is ideal
Experience and knowledge within the Sports, Media or Entertainment industries will be considered as a strong asset
Active RIBO License or willingness to acquire
CAIB, CIP, CRM or other relevant certifications and or designations are highly valued in this role
Knowledge of EPIC considered an asset
