Nous recherchons notre HRBP en charge de plusieurs directions corporate: ~300 personnes dans le monde, dont 150 basé en France.

Au cœur de la Direction Talent & Culture (Ressource Humaines) , vous êtes attendu pour faire vivre la politique RH Groupe, accompagner la transformation du Groupe et agir comme moteur d’amélioration de la performance auprès des Comités de Direction et des Managers des équipes

Description du poste

Accompagnement du business :

  • Se positionner en véritable business partner RH, afin d’accompagner des organisations et directions basées dans plusieurs pays sur l’ensemble des domaines RH – recrutement, mapping des rôles et des compétences, gestion des mobilités et des talents, programmes de formation...
  • Accompagner les managers au quotidien dans le suivi de la gestion RH des équipes
  • Conseiller et assister les Leaders sur tous les sujets relatifs à la gestion des ressources humaines, en proposant des solutions pragmatiques à leurs problématiques «business»

Gestion des talents :

  • Gérer le processus de recrutement en partenariat avec les managers recruteurs: évaluation des postes, diffusion éventuelle des annonces, entretiens avec les candidats sélectionnés, sélection des candidats,
  • Guider les campagnes d’entretiens de performance et de développement, actionner les besoins en formation, identifier les potentiels grâce aux talent reviews régulières et nourrir les plans de succession,
  • Inscrire les talents aux programmes/parcours de formation identifiés

Conduite du changement et engagement :

  • Conduire et co-piloter avec les managers les actions d’engagement de collaborateurs et de transformation culturelle,
  • Informer et accompagner les équipes lors des phases de transformation
  • Être force de proposition pour gagner en proximité avec les acteurs de votre périmètre,
  • Intervenir en français et en anglais lors des réunions d’équipes et Codir pour les informer de l’actualité RH,
  • Développer des relations de travail opérationnelles et durables avec les experts RH.
  • Veiller à l'application du droit du travail et des accords d’entreprise, garantir un climat social sain,
  • Suivre et se positionner en véritable acteur sur l’ensemble des contentieux individuels du périmètre.
  • Accompagner le périmètre sur l’utilisation de l’ensemble des outils RH et les accompagner dans l’utilisation de tous les nouveaux outils régulièrement déployés.
  • 5/7 ans en RH opérationnel
  • La réussite sur ce poste passe par votre capacité à être perçu comme facilitateur tout en veillant à l'atteinte de l'objectif recherché
  • Vos qualités relationnelles et sens de l’écoute seront de vrais atouts pour gagner en proximité avec vos équipes
  • Votre dynamisme et énergie positive permettront d’engager vos projets auprès de tous mais aussi de partager et de travailler en étroite collaboration avec les autres HRBP
  • Vous êtes orienté résultat et pourrez bâtir votre stratégie RH en lien avec le business
  • Curieux , vous serez à même de proposer des solutions innovantes aux équipes comme aux collègues
