We are seeking an experienced Inbound Sales Representative with a background in selling high-value building materials including but not limited to, paneling, siding, cladding, decking, fencing. This individual will be responsible for selling our products to contractors, designers, homeowners, builders, and other trade professionals. They must thrive in a fast-paced, remote working environment and be a self-starter who does not require consistent administration. 

Handle inbound sales inquiries via phone calls, live chat, email, and texting.
Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM system and set future reminders to ensure a deep follow-up pipeline.
Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales , specifically selling high-value building materials and finishes.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Must be comfortable working on a computer and typing quickly
Proficient in using CRM systems to manage customer information and sales activities.
Opportunities for internal promotion to roles with larger accounts and managerial responsibilities.
