Estate and Facilities Management:
Emergency repairs, upgrades and ongoing maintenance to company standards
Perform inspections & surveys in line with best practices and company compliance
Ensure all paperwork & administration pertaining to maintenance is complete, accurate and in accordance with company policy and accurate
Driving all projects through with a sense of urgency and meeting deadlines
Ensure health and safety standards are in place at all times
Support company leadership in ensuring maximum property occupancy
Support company leadership in ensuring tenants understand and adhere to
Building/estate guidelines and/or government regulations and compliance
Customer Service:
Provide target highly responsive, supportive and helpful customer service culture;
Provide target service culture to tenants, internal company stakeholders and external parties
Ensure staff are providing the target customer service culture to ESF stakeholders supplier contracts: cost control, performance management, tender and procurement processes
Monitoring and managing servicing contracts staff are in line with government and company policy at all times
Degree holder in Facilities Management, Housing Management or related disciplines
Minimum 6 years of relevant working experience in facilities, estates, property management for commercial, luxury residential, staff quarter or similar portfolio
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
Excellent communication, prioritising and planning skills and experience in working on multiple tasks and projects
Experience in managing the performance of site staff and front-line staff, including the security personnel, and other service providers and contractors
Experience in managing property and facilities service administration systems
Proficiency in PC skills, including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint etc
