The Next Step in Your Career If you’re an experienced SDR or B2B Sales Specialist looking for a new challenge, or if you have recruitment experience and want to use it with our comprehensive product suite, this opportunity is for you
We’re hiring multiple full-time Sales & Account Executives to join our team in downtown Vancouver. Engaging prospects through multitouch approaches (50 B2B outbound calls per day) while meeting sales/KPI targets
Managing pricing discussions, handling objections, and guiding prospects through the sales process
Leading qualified software demos with product specialists
Building and maintaining strong client relationships for repeat business and account growth
Collaborating with recruitment teams to align solutions with client needs
As the Sales & Account Executive, you’ll also act as the primary account manager, supported by a team of recruitment specialists to execute the strategies you sell.
About You To qualify, you'll have proven, successful sales experience, and have worked in some capacity in a B2B environment (e.g., software sales, SaaS, recruitment services, etc.). We recognize that the ideal candidate sometimes takes time to build up, but don't worry, our extensive training program will get you where you need to be

You collaborate easily and aren’t afraid to ask for help when needed
You thrive in face-to-face interactions and enjoy being in the office, embracing the camaraderie and close-knit culture
Continued ambitions to build a career in sales will ensure your success. Fluency in Spanish or French is an asset but not required.
