Airswift is seeking a Talent Acquisition to work with one of our clients in the oil and gas industry in Calgary, AB on a 12-month contract.
Located out of our Calgary office, the individual in the Interim Recruiter role will report to the Senior HR Business Partner. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing the full life cycle recruitment activities while providing a high level of customer service to our business unit and managing the overall candidate experience.
Post Secondary Degree or Diploma within Human Resources, Business or a related field required.
Previous experience within a recruitment agency environment is an asset.
Superior computer skills including experience with MS Word and Excel combined with ATS systems (SuccessFactors) experience.
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for multiple positions in diverse business units, from application stage to offer including developing job ads; Establish a strong rapport with Inter Pipeline hiring managers to understand their strategic talent acquisition needs.
• Utilize and develop creative recruiting sources including social media, universities, technical schools, professional associations
• Apply diversity and inclusion best practices to the talent acquisition process to create an inclusive process ensuring both internal and external equity.
• Attract qualified internal and external candidates through posting on appropriate websites, job boards and internal Applicant Tracking System according to policies and processes.
• Provide an outstanding candidate experience to ensure Inter Pipeline remains competitive and can attract high quality talent by promoting the company as an employer of choice.
• Recommend system improvements to current recruitment processes to proactively streamline efficiencies, while creating a cost-effective, high-quality service to Inter Pipeline
• Attend career fairs to promote Inter Pipeline and diversify the pool of potential candidates for future positions.
• Administrative include (but not limited to): job postings, drafting offer letters, booking interviews, liaising with external vendor for background checks.
