Talent Acquisition Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team at Recruitment Partners. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our talent acquisition efforts and developing strategies to attract top talent in the market.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Team Management
- Provide leadership and guidance to the Talent Acquisition team, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to succeed.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business objectives.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop tailored solutions.
- Talent Sourcing and Acquisition
- Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts and relationships with potential candidates.
- Source and attract top talent through various channels, including social media, job boards, and referrals.
- Manage the recruitment process from initial contact to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates.
- Process Improvement and Compliance
- Develop and implement processes to improve recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including employment standards and human rights.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or a related field.
- Undergraduate degree in human resources, management, business, commerce, or a related field.
- Registered Professional Recruiter (RPR) designation or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of recruitment principles, best practices, and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
