Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team at Intact. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will provide critical administrative and transactional support to our recruitment consultants, ensuring the smooth execution of our recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide operational and administrative support to recruitment processes within our Service Level Agreement
  • Stay current on our policies, practices, and guidelines for Talent Acquisition transactions
  • Support the Talent Acquisition team with administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping
  • Ensure that all processes conducted in Contact People are in line with identified workflows to ensure data integrity and best-in-class stakeholder experience

Requirements

  • 1 year of experience in recruitment coordination
  • Experience with Workday is an asset
  • Bilingualism is required for candidates located in Quebec, and mandatory for candidates outside of Quebec (French and English)
