Talent Acquisition Partner Opportunity

Mayfair Diagnostics is seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team on a full-time temporary basis for 12 months, with the possibility of becoming a permanent role.

About the Role

The Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success throughout the organization. This will involve developing recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources, and developing new and creative recruiting ideas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively source applicants to fill open requisitions using a variety of tools and processes.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to ensure efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies are developed based on the needs of the business.
  • Full cycle recruitment for both internal and external opportunities within the Clinics, Customer Contact Centre, and Administrative Office.
  • Communicate with and train managers and modality coordinators on talent acquisition best practices, interview guides, and legislative requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with provincial and federal laws and regulations relating to employment standards, human rights, privacy legislation, pay equity, and employment equity.
  • Work independently on special Talent Acquisition projects as assigned by the Human Resources Manager.

Requirements

  • Completion of post-secondary education in Business Administration or equivalent from an accredited institution, preferably with an emphasis on Human Resources.
  • Recognized Human Resources or Recruitment designation from an accredited institution is preferred.
  • Minimum three years of recruitment experience with a deep understanding of full cycle recruitment, preferably within a combination of technical and corporate matrixed settings.
  • Experience with HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems are required as well as Microsoft Office suite.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; confident and able to conduct presentations to a senior level audience.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills.

What We Offer

Mayfair Diagnostics is an equal opportunity employer and values a diverse workforce that is representative of the communities we serve. We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $82,000 annually, depending on education and experience, and a hybrid working program with three days in the office per week and two days from your remote home office.
