We are looking for an Office Manager/Bookkeeper to keep us organized and efficient. Reporting to the President, the Office Manager/Bookkeeper will oversee organization, payments, document management, and take the lead on keeping our team on track.
Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable
Bank reconciliations and deposits
Oversee contract revenues/costs, update WIP adjustments, communicate with project managers regarding adequacy of billings, concerns with late payments, etc.Oversee bookkeeping for multiple companies.
Reception
Administrative support
Answering client inquiries through email or phone
Minimum of 2 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
Previous account receivable experience is a plus
Competent in the use of Microsoft applications - Excel, Word and Outlook, experience with Sage 50 is an asset
Excellent phone and email etiquette and ability to write clear and concise business communications
A solid work ethic with ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and work under pressure

Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

Bookkeeping: 4 years (required)
