Sirius Personnel is a Placement and Headhunting Agency that Specializes in Sales and Marketing Professionals in Montreal. ( Profile: Our client is a pioneer and leader in packaging to horticulture in Canada and the US. Having the environment and agriculture at heart and with a constant desire to innovate, they serve the horticulturists and farmers specializing in agriculture. They are looking to add a sales representative to join their tight-knit team. The rep will sometimes be asked to go on customers' work sites which may require some heavy lifting. You will be working with a small team therefore you will be asked to be involved in many different aspects of the sales process including but not limited to new business development, budgeting, forecasting, win backs and existing account coordination. If you are looking to make a difference, are versatile and like wearing many hats, this position will be a great fit. The company is also offering short-term growth into a management position. Territory: Québec & eastern Ontario Workplace: South Shore of Montreal Products/Services: Plastic film Salary:80,000$ Commissions/Bonus: 2%-4% depending on product sold Car allowance: Monthly allowance Expense’s reimbursement: All reasonable expenses will be reimbursed. Languages: Bilingual French & English Education: DEP in Marketing or other experience deemed equivalent Training: In house training Overnight Travel: Little to no overnight travel Years of experience: 3 years in a similar sales role Other requirements:VersatileTeam playerAdaptableInterpersonal skills Transferable contacts: N/A Transferable Knowledge:Knowledge of the agriculture industry will be considered an assetKnowledge of QuickBooks and/or Centrix.OneMS Office
