Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Vice President to join our team as a Sales Xceleration Advisor. As a Sales Xceleration Advisor, you will leverage your sales leadership expertise to help turn around businesses across multiple industries, improve their return on investment (ROI), and coach and mentor sales representatives for future growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and improve sales performance
  • Coach and mentor sales representatives to enhance their sales skills and knowledge
  • Conduct sales performance analysis and provide actionable insights to improve sales outcomes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales enablement programs
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales leadership and strategy

Requirements

  • 16+ years of sales experience
  • 5+ years of VP of Sales experience
