Sales Representative

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at EightSix Network. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for representing our company to existing and future clients, assessing their needs, and selling them the appropriate equipment and machinery.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent the company to existing and future clients to assess their needs and sell them the appropriate equipment/machinery.
- Conduct courtesy follow-ups with clients by telephone or by visiting them.
- Maintain a follow-up register for clients and sales, as defined by the company.
- Maintain a privileged relationship with existing clients to retain them.
- Develop the territory assigned by the sales manager to increase the company's market shares and sell equipment/machinery to future clients.
- Carry out demonstrations to clients.
- Fully document all sales transactions.
- Stay up-to-date on products, benefits, and features of all equipment/machinery sold by the company through John Deere training activities.
- Stay informed about market trends that may affect present and future sales.
- Comply with health and safety standards and policies in the workplace at all times.
Requirements
- Interest in starting a career in sales.
- Passion for agriculture, business, or the industrial field.
- Functional English (an asset to serve English-speaking clientele related to the position).
- Verbal communication, active listening, understanding of client needs, persuasive, tenacious, autonomous, disciplined, and a passion for customer service.
