Candidates who do not do this will not be moved to the interview round.Once submitted, we will contact you if we have any questions, or schedule an interview if your submission meets our initial requirements.Following the initial interview, there may be a follow up interview, or we may submit a job offer immediately.ACCOUNT EXECUTIVEJob DescriptionThe Account Executive creates opportunities to increase sales through relationship-building activities and outreach, nurturing of existing property owner and investor clients, and building the pipeline of potential clients through referral partners. The Account executive will close short-term rental management contract sales on behalf of StayNue by prospecting and building a database of referral partners and property owner leads at a high level due to a high degree of emotional intelligence, proven ability to develop and nurture relationships. and strong closing ability.The Account executive will work closely with the CEO in a office location in the Toronto-West area. ResponsibilitiesPerform “intentional outreach activities” including phone calls, e-mails, posting in social media groups, face-to-face appointments, office drop-bys, joining and attending networking groups, and presentations.Manage new leads with aggressive lead follow-up and a high conversion rate.Fill, maintain, and work the client pipeline.Nurture the existing and past clients to prepare for renewal of service agreements.Identify new networks and social media channels where our ideal avatar spends their time. This may include investor groups and forums.Leverage all our email lists, polls, responses, quizzes, pm lists.Respond to leads quickly and efficiently.Make outbound sales calls to various lead sources.Ensure smooth handoff of new Clients to Client Care and Property Care teamsMeeting and exceeding deal quotasPreparing forecastst, contract terms, and pricing documents.Promoting the company's products and servicesRequirementsSuperb communication skillsMinimum of 2 years of experience in a similar roleProven track record of helping companies grow annual revenueMinimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related fieldStrong relationship, follow-up, and rapport building skillsMust be able to navigate various software including, but not limited to, Asana, Google Docs, sheets, and slides.Confident, coachable & must have a growth mindset.Team player that's willing to go above and beyond.A doer that takes action, has relentless drive, and doesn't get easily demotivated. AssetsExperience with vacation rental client acquisition, property owner or investor relations, real estate, property management, hospitality, etc.Strong existing pipeline of connectionsExperience in relevant marketing, technology, or property management.
