StayNue is seeking a highly skilled Account Executive to join our team in the Toronto-West area. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for creating opportunities to increase sales through relationship-building activities and outreach, nurturing of existing property owner and investor clients, and building the pipeline of potential clients through referral partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through intentional outreach activities, including phone calls, emails, and face-to-face appointments.
  • Client Relationship Management: Nurture existing and past clients to prepare for renewal of service agreements and ensure smooth handoff of new clients to Client Care and Property Care teams.
  • Sales and Closing: Close short-term rental management contract sales on behalf of StayNue by leveraging strong closing ability and emotional intelligence.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Identify new networks and social media channels where our ideal avatar spends their time, including investor groups and forums.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Promote the company's products and services through various channels, including email lists, polls, responses, quizzes, and PM lists.
Requirements
  • Superb Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders.
  • Minimum of 2 Years of Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of helping companies grow annual revenue.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business principles, including marketing, sales, and customer relationship management.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in various software, including Asana, Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
  • Soft Skills: Strong relationship-building, follow-up, and rapport-building skills, with the ability to work in a team environment and navigate complex situations.
Assets
  • Experience in Vacation Rental Industry: Experience with vacation rental client acquisition, property owner or investor relations, real estate, property management, hospitality, etc.
  • Strong Existing Pipeline: A strong existing pipeline of connections, including referral partners and property owner leads.
  • Marketing and Technology Expertise: Experience in relevant marketing, technology, or property management, with a strong understanding of how to leverage these skills to drive business growth.
