About the Role:

The Account Executive is a key member of the StayNue team, responsible for driving sales growth through relationship-building activities and outreach. This role involves nurturing existing property owner and investor clients, building a pipeline of potential clients through referral partners, and closing short-term rental management contract sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform intentional outreach activities, including phone calls, emails, and face-to-face appointments, to build relationships with potential clients.
  • Manage new leads with aggressive follow-up and a high conversion rate, ensuring a smooth handoff to the Client Care and Property Care teams.
  • Nurture existing and past clients to prepare for renewal of service agreements and identify new networks and social media channels where our ideal avatar spends their time.
  • Leverage all email lists, polls, responses, and quizzes to respond to leads quickly and efficiently.
  • Make outbound sales calls to various lead sources and ensure meeting and exceeding deal quotas, preparing forecasts, contract terms, and pricing documents.
  • Promote the company's products and services, highlighting the benefits of StayNue's flexible stay experience for comfortable, centrally located, furnished residences.

Requirements:

  • Superb communication skills and a proven track record of helping companies grow annual revenue.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong relationship, follow-up, and rapport-building skills, with the ability to navigate various software, including Asana, Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
  • Confident, coachable, and a team player with a growth mindset, willing to go above and beyond to achieve sales targets.
