About the Role

StayNue is seeking a highly skilled Account Executive to join our team in the Toronto-West area. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for creating opportunities to increase sales through relationship-building activities and outreach, nurturing of existing property owner and investor clients, and building the pipeline of potential clients through referral partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through intentional outreach activities, including phone calls, emails, and face-to-face appointments.
  • Client Relationship Management: Nurture existing and past clients to prepare for renewal of service agreements and ensure smooth handoff of new clients to Client Care and Property Care teams.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed deal quotas, and contribute to the growth of annual revenue.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Promote the company's products and services to potential clients and partners.
Requirements
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Superb communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Experience and Education: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in software such as Asana, Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
  • Personal Qualities: Confident, coachable, and a growth mindset, with a strong work ethic and ability to work in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Industry Experience: Experience in vacation rental client acquisition, property owner or investor relations, real estate, property management, hospitality, or a related field.
  • Existing Network: Strong existing pipeline of connections in the industry.
