If you enjoy cold calling, prospecting, and building relationships, this role is for you.Craft annual sales plans with clear goals, metrics, and work plans to achieve targets.Work within pricing guidelines to ensure top-line sales and GM targets are met.Actively participate in industry tradeshows, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and networking opportunities.Uncover and develop RFPs for large-scale projects and long-term opportunities.Identify untapped market opportunities and devise effective sales strategies to secure new businessTravel within the USA up to 10% of the time.Work in an open-concept office environment alongside a team of 7 sales staff, including inside sales and national account executives.Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage customer relationships and sales processes (training provided if necessary).Experience in B2B sales, preferably within the manufacturing industry.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Salesforce CRM experience is an asset but not required.Comprehensive benefits package including 100% coverage for drugs, dental, and vision.Additional Information:This is a brand new role and we are looking to hire ASAP.Interview 1st round 15mins with Director HR, 2nd rounds with Sales Manager, and 3rd round in person with Director of Sales with presentationIdeal candidates will demonstrate a passion for sales and a commitment to achieving results.If you are a highly motivated sales professional with a desire to excel in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you.
