This role involves direct interaction with residents, stakeholders, and the public, requiring exceptional communication skills.ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day operations of McKinley Beach community amenities.Manage a small team of support staff and coordinate their activities.Serve as the primary point of contact for residents and address their concerns and needs.Ensure compliance with community regulations and bylaws.Organize and facilitate community meetings and events.Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on community operations and finances.Develop and implement community improvement projects.Coordinate with contractors and service providers for maintenance and repairs.Handle conflict resolution and enforce community policies.Monitor and manage the community budget.Qualifications5-10 years of experience in property management or a related field.Proven experience managing a small team.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.A high degree of financial literacy; being experienced and confident to help create, monitor and execute budgets.Proficient in using property management software and MS Office Suite.Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed in exceptional circumstances.Become trained in Interior Health Association public pool standards and test to maintain the community pool and hot tub.McKinley Beach is an equal opportunity employer.
