Your Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and assist in both proactive and reactive cleaning of the property.
- Adhere to safety protocols to ensure the property is well-maintained.
- Identify and report unsafe conditions or damages promptly.
- Conduct cleaning tasks including pressure washing, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and polishing common areas.
- Manage waste disposal by removing trash from common areas and replacing bin liners as needed.
- Regularly sanitize gym and fitness equipment.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness in bathrooms, amenity spaces, and lounges.
- Ensure safety measures are followed and storage areas are secured.
- Safeguard utility access points and maintain proper waste disposal practices.
- Distribute resident communications regarding events and notices.
- Conduct all activities in compliance with company policies and relevant laws.
- Report maintenance issues to the appropriate team in a timely manner.
- Oversee the cleanliness of all interior and exterior common areas.
- Manage pet waste stations and ensure they are stocked and clean.
- Restock common area amenities as needed.
- Safely operate waste management equipment.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Your Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED, with relevant experience in maintenance preferred.
- Associate's degree in a related field is advantageous.
- Experience in a manufacturing or maintenance environment is a plus.
- Strong motivation and ability to work independently.
