We're looking for a talented Sales Executive to join our team
Increasing the relationship with existing clients to be recognized as a partner in projects, not just a supplier of allocation.
Our name is confused with Meta (Facebook), hindering marketing positioning.
Ideal Profile of Sales Executive:
Proven ability to develop new relationships and open new accounts from your network, not waiting to receive qualified lists, or even leads coming from corporate actions.
Willingness to take manageable risks in delivering results.
Broad technical knowledge, not necessarily deep.
Ability to work organically through relationships and networking.
Need to feel more comfortable seeking internal support from the marketing team or other departments.
Importance of the Portuguese language to facilitate communication and participation in corporate activities of the company.
SALES EXECUTIVE PROFILE
Act as a Business Developer, actively prospecting new sales opportunities, especially in medium to large companies seeking continuous and comprehensive technology services.
• Focus on opening new clients and strengthening relationships with existing clients, seeking to establish solid partnerships and recognition as a provider of strategic solutions.
• Adapt the company's portfolio to the specific needs of clients, demonstrating a deep technical understanding and customization capability.
• Effectively manage the sales cycle, from identifying opportunities to closure, prioritizing those that represent the highest potential for success and positive impact.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, such as marketing and product development, to ensure the necessary support in creating materials and a detailed understanding of the services offered.
Proven ability to build strong relationships and open new accounts, especially in a locally challenging context.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, able to take calculated risks and take proactive initiatives to drive sales growth.
• Broad technical knowledge, allowing for a deep understanding of customer needs and effective adaptation of services offered.
• Experience in working organically through networking, leveraging established relationships to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
• Strong English communication skills (Portuguese is a plus), facilitating effective participation in corporate activities and ensuring clear and efficient communication with clients and colleagues.
• 5+ years of experience in B2B sales in the IT industry.
• Experience using the Office suite and CRM.
