Key Challenges

  • Identifying and engaging new clients who match our ideal profile: medium to large-sized companies with over 200 professionals and annual revenue exceeding US$100 million, capable of recurring service purchases from our Portfolio.
  • Strengthening relationships with existing clients to evolve from mere suppliers to valued partners in their projects.

Ideal Sales Executive Profile

  • Demonstrated ability to cultivate new relationships and secure accounts from personal networks, proactively seeking opportunities rather than relying solely on provided leads.
  • Willingness to take calculated risks to achieve results.

Sales Executive Responsibilities

  • Act as a Business Developer, actively prospecting new sales opportunities, particularly in medium to large companies seeking comprehensive technology services.
  • Focus on acquiring new clients and fostering strong relationships with existing ones, aiming to establish strategic partnerships and recognition as a provider of tailored solutions.
  • Customize our portfolio to address client-specific needs, showcasing deep technical understanding and adaptability.
  • Proactively seek business opportunities, showcasing a commitment to excellence and results-driven approach.
  • Efficiently manage the sales cycle, prioritizing high-potential opportunities and ensuring positive outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to facilitate material creation and enhance service understanding.

Candidate Requirements

  • Demonstrated track record in building relationships and acquiring accounts, especially in challenging local contexts.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to sales growth.
  • Comprehensive technical knowledge to understand and address client requirements effectively.
  • Experience in organic networking and relationship-building.

  • Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in the IT industry.
  • Proficiency in Office suite and CRM usage.
