Metals/Commodities Sales Manager 
Are you motivated by the opportunity to influence and expand market presence? Our client is actively seeking an ambitious and results-driven individual to join their team as a Metals/Commodities Sales Manager , based in the thriving Greater Toronto Area .
In this role, you will be at the forefront of business development, shaping strategic pathways for growth, overseeing territories, and contributing to the formulation of long-term sales strategies. As the Sales Manager, your impact will be pivotal in driving the company's success in the industry.
Take the next step in your career and be a key player in shaping the future of our client's market presence.
Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets within the first 12 months.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence within the metal industry.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of sales strategies.
Effectively manage and grow assigned territories, optimizing revenue and market share.
Conduct regular analysis of territory performance and adapt strategies accordingly.
Contribute to the development and execution of long-term sales and growth strategies.
Provide insights and recommendations for product/service enhancements based on market trends and customer feedback.
Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
Identify opportunities to innovate and stay ahead of our competition in the metal/commodities industry while taking advantage of our trucking logistics and warehousing infrastructure.
Investigate and implement a CRM.

Track record of building and leading successful sales teams.
~ Strong market research skills, with the ability to gather and analyze relevant data.

Comfortable wearing multiple hats and getting involved in various aspects of the business, reflecting a startup-like mentality.
Willingness to take calculated risks and be results-driven.
