In 2023, we opened our first international sister location, Silver Springs, a boutique yoga and Pilates oasis in the heart of Los Angeles, and a new 25,000 sq.ft. immersive fitness & wellness hub in Toronto at The Well. We are seeking a driven and dedicated Corporate Sales & Events Associate who is passionate about networking, growing a business, and collaborating with a team. You will work closely with the Corporate Sales and Events Manager to execute sales strategies, drive revenue, track performance, and build long-lasting relationships within the community. Your overall goal is to increase sales for corporate partners, brand partners, and on-site events.
As a Corporate Sales and Events Associate, you will play a pivotal role in organizing and executing impactful semi-private/private classes, events, and socials. As the contact person for all private and semi-private events, you will respond to client inquiries in a timely manner. In addition, you'll contribute to corporate sales and brand partnerships, requiring strong communication and organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Comfortable in client interactions and adept at quick problem-solving, you will be a key player in achieving sales targets.
You will lead corporate outreach tolocal partners, offering corporatewellness packages for their employees. You will plan and execute pre and post-opening events for our membership base and the media to help promote and celebrate our launch.
You will facilitate the ever-increasingdemand for private group fitness classes, corporate and private events within S&T's space, social events for the S&T community, and brand partnership events. In the past, brand partners of Sweat and Tonic include belif, Caudalie, Benefit Cosmetics, Reebok, Lululemon, On Running, Samsung, Gatorade, and many more.
Assist in corporate sales and brand partnership proposals.
Administrative support for the corporate membership program, tracking employee memberships to produce accurate billing for corporate clients every month.
Work cross-functionally to ensure events and partnerships are executed at the highest level.
Develop and manage relationships with service providers such as caterers, DJs, and event rental companies.
Be an on-site contact for private events, including occasional hours outside of regular business hours.
Liaise with event clients from beginning to end, and attend and manage events to ensure they go smoothly.
Coordinate seamless delivery and pickup of equipment, catering, and brand assets from facilities where necessary.
Coordinate a small team of hospitality professionals for private events.
Collaborate with Corporate Sales and Private Events Manager, Senior F&B Manager, and Marketing Manager on the development of sales and events materials.
3+ years of experience in corporate sales, events,administration, and/or hospitality, preferably with a premium brand.
~ Decisive personality, comfortable qualifying decisions that balance brand standards and logic.
~ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite, with a keen eye for creativity.
~ Administrative experience is an asset.
~ Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends when required for events.

Additional Assets
College or University degree in Business or related field.
Experience with CRM and project management software.
Interest in fitness, health and wellness, and luxury brands.
