Our Solutions group is expanding rapidly, and we're seeking talented individuals to join our team of high-performing Sales Engineers. As a Sales Engineer at N-able, you'll play a vital role in accelerating product usage and removing technical buying objections to drive our business forward.
Please note this is a hybrid position therefore office attendance in the Ottawa collaboration hub is a requirement for the role.
Conduct Pre-Sales Product Demonstrations: Showcase the capabilities and benefits of N-able's products through engaging and informative demonstrations to prospective partners.
Understand the unique needs and challenges of our prospects and provide technical assistance and guidance throughout the sales process.
Lead trial orientations and walkthroughs, highlighting N-able's strengths and capabilities, to help potential partners make informed decisions.
Competitive Analysis and Market Research: Conduct thorough competitive analysis and stay up-to-date with market trends to understand competitor strengths and capabilities.
Collaborate with Partners: Assess and address client requirements during product deployment, ensuring a seamless experience.
Provide design and configuration best practices to partners when deploying N-Able products to their networks, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

Previous experience as a Sales Engineer, Field/Networking Technician, or Systems Administrator, demonstrating your technical sales acumen and customer-facing skills
Ability to effectively convey product messaging and value proposition through technical demonstrations, trade show demonstrations, and onsite training engagements
Ability to plan, organize, and implement projects efficiently to meet specific deadlines.
