What you’ll be doing

Reporting to the Director, Digital Agile Sales & Marketing, you’re accountable for leading teams executing digital marketing campaigns using Agile guiding principles, framework and values. In addition to your directs, you will also lead a cross-functional team of subject matter experts focusing on business priorities, encourage collaboration, remove impediments, capacity management, implementing operational excellence and efficiencies to drive business outcomes.

Areas of focus:

  • Acquisition Sales – new product open, existing product stimulation, cross channel sales lead referrals
  • Product Engagement – usage of existing products
  • Sales Leads – digital referral to agent assisted channel 
  • Digital engagement – adoption and use of Digital channels

  • Creative Thinking Approach – You’re a part of our internal agency and are responsible for looking at campaign execution holistically leveraging insight, best practices and learnings to simplify go to market
  • Push the Norm – You’re motivated by moonshots, bringing fresh new ideas to the table and not afraid to push the norm across digital and direct channels within our measure and optimize culture.
  • Business Acumen and Relationship Building – Forge strong relationships with CIBC’s various teams, by working with the business and internal partners, owning your business, with a strong understanding of the client needs and experiences across all channels.
  • You are a great communicator , with the ability to synthesize complex analysis, findings and recommendations, then package key messages for leadership teams
  • You have a proven ability to partner, build confidence and influence multiple stakeholders at all levels across the organization and you’re a self-starter, with the ability to deal with ambiguity and develop processes and governance from the ground up.
