Job Title: Cisco Voice Engineer (Hybrid)Location: Montreal, QCDescription: Cisco L3 voice engineer, mostly voice project work, but also voice level 3 troubleshooting and video server management.Duties: Level 3 BAU support of Call manager, Unity Voicemail and Unified Call Center ExpressActive participation in the upgrade of the above-mentioned systems to version 14.1, incl. planning, upgrading and testing.Active participating in the planning for upgrading to version 15 for the above systems.Level 3 troubleshooting of those systems.Working with the vendor Cisco in case of issues.Documenting and/or updating documentation of the above.Cisco video server configuration/maintenance (VCS and Expressway). Qualifications:Strong team player.Strong communication and documentation skills.At least 5 years experience as a level 3 engineer in the above mentioned products.Can work independently.Indepth knowledge of Cisco Voice infrastructure, incl.
