**How To Excel In This Role**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Translation, Japanese Literature, Linguistics, Journalism, or equivalent experience in translation for fashion publications or multi-channel e-commerce platforms.
- 2-3 years of translation and adaptation experience, preferably within a content or e-commerce team in a fast-paced publishing environment targeting Japanese-speaking audiences.
- Proficiency in Japanese grammar, syntax, spelling, vocabulary, and usage, with the ability to create culturally-sensitive content.
- Strong grasp of tone of voice, with the flexibility to adapt to various writing styles.
