We coat products for the architectural/building, household appliances, outdoor furniture, electrical components, and fencing industries.The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, driving sales growth, and building strong relationships with clients. This role involves strategic planning, market research, and developing effective sales tactics to expand the company’s client base. The BDM will work closely with internal teams to create tailored solutions, negotiate contracts, and ensure successful client engagement and retention.

Development and implementation of an effective sales strategy to drive sales
Cold call as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
Meet potential clients by leveraging your network connections.
Ensure that data is accurately entered and deals properly managed within the company’s CRM. Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics, enhanced with the following CPA, and a MBA.

Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
Proven track record of successfully driving business growth, expanding market share, and achieving sales targets.
Strong experience in developing and executing strategic plans and sales strategies to generate new business opportunities.
Experience managing and mentoring a team, with a focus on team performance, collaboration, and development.
Expertise in client relationship management, negotiation, and closing high-value deals.
Familiarity with CRM software, sales analytics tools, and performance tracking systems.
Experience in cross-functional collaboration with marketing, product, and operations teams to align business strategies and goals.
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
