Position Description:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **
Data Analytics and Reporting**: Utilize data analytics to identify business improvement opportunities and support decision-making and business planning. Prepare and maintain dashboards and reports.
- ** Process Optimization and Performance Reporting**: Leverage strong business acumen and analytical expertise to streamline internal and external processes, as well as improve operational efficiency and stakeholder service excellence.
- ** Business Plan Execution**: Assist the Canada Operations Manager in planning and executing the business plan.
- ** Customer Service Collaboration**: Work closely with the customer service team to enhance client engagement and resolve issues, using analytical insights to optimize service delivery.
- ** Distribution and Logistics Support**: Assist in the distribution and logistics operations, leveraging business analytics to enhance performance and efficiency.
- ** Cross-Departmental Liaison**: Ensure operational alignment with broader business objectives by collaborating across departments and providing operational support.
- ** Team Contribution and Support**: Provide support to the Customer Relations and Distribution teams as needed. Contribute to greater team’s success by achieving results as needed.

Position Requirements:
This position requires the following skills and attributes:

- More than five years of experience in a business information and intelligence role.
- Strong business acumen and data analysis skills, with proficiency in data reporting and dashboard creation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Highly organized with strong time-management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Perseverance in achieving goals. Ability and willingness to meet deadlines.
- Independent and collaborative work capabilities, with potential for progressive responsibility.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, or a related field.

Preferred:
The following skills and attributes are preferred:

- Experience in Healthcare and/or Logistics.
- Knowledge of ERP systems, CRM software, and financial management tools.
- Proficiency in SQL programming, Python Programming, Power BI, Power Automate, and Microsoft Forms.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to motivate and guide team members.
- Ability to present and explain complex concepts or calculations to management.
- Self-starter who is motivated to learn new skills and tools.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong, collaborative, and professional relationship-building skills.
- French language proficiency is preferred but not required.
