Our services range from personality assessment to visa processing, providing applicants with all the practical and legal assistance they need to establish themselves in Canada.

Role Description:

This is a full-time remote role for a Client Relationship Manager who will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships through effective communication, managing and resolving conflicts, conducting follow-up calls, and identifying opportunities to upsell services.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with the sales and marketing team to attract new clients
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and escalations, ensuring timely resolution and client satisfaction.
  • Handle sales objections and close sales deals
  • Providing clients with accurate and timely information on our services, policies, and processes
  • Ensuring client satisfaction through quality assurance and control measures
  • Handling complaints and resolving problems in a timely and professional manner
  • Communicating with clients via text, chats, email and calls.
Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in sales, client relationship management, account management, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in telemarketing, cold-calling and getting new clients into the pipeline
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities
  • Customer service orientation, with experience in sales
  • Aptitude for problem-solving and conflict resolution
  • Knowledge of immigration, education, or settlement services is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or relevant field
  • Experience in sales, account management, or related fields is preferred
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining successful client relationships, preferably in immigration
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle challenging situations with professionalism and tact
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, with a high level of accountability and integrity.
