The world of Medical Technology sales is complex and ever-evolving, and our client is a leader in solutions that help sales professionals save time, identify buying signals, and get in front of prospects.

After multiple years of doubling their revenue with a lean team, they are excited to be growing their team of Business Development Managers in order to capitalize on the high demand for their products. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing company in its early stages, and who is part of a family of companies that are revolutionizing how sales professionals do great work.

The Role

  • Moving sales opportunities through the full sales cycle: Prospecting, discovery, demos, negotiations, closing, trials, etc.
  • Using creative methods to connect with prospects and build your pipeline
  • Being the eyes and ears for product feedback that will lead to increased revenue and improved user retention
  • Working closely with leaders to improve the sales process and increase awareness of your brand in the market as the company continues to grow

About You

  • Location: Remote, within Canada; hybrid *option* for employees in the Greater Toronto Area
  • Understanding of B2B relationship-building and the SaaS deal cycle (discovery, demos, closing etc.)
  • Background in MedTech or PharmaTech (or related fields) is an asset
  • High level of grit (especially when it comes to filling pipeline)
  • Collaborative by nature
  • Strong business acumen (understanding how businesses work goes a long way)

What They Offer

  • $70K - $90K salary; on-target earnings for $110K - $130K (uncapped)
  • PTO: 15 days/3 weeks (plus unlimited unpaid vacation)
