About the positionAs a Sales Development Representative, your mission is to generate and qualify leads, set appointments, close deals, and drive new business growth. You'll leverage pipeline data and visitor tracking through RB2B, focusing on our core services: performance creative, UGC, paid media management, and SEO. Identify and qualify potential leads through various outbound efforts, passing qualified leads to the sales team.Pipeline Utilization: Re-engage prospects using previous pipeline data and track key visitors through RB2B.Drive new business by meeting and exceeding sales targets, focusing on acquiring new clients within the ICP. Required Competencies:Prospecting & Sales Skills: Strong ability to identify leads, engage prospects, and close high-value deals.Data Utilization: Proficiency in using CRM tools and RB2B data for tracking and re-engagement.Communication & Relationship Building: Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships.Deep understanding of performance creative and digital marketing to effectively sell inBeat Agency’s services.Agile in responding to market changes and highly organized in managing tasks and priorities.Team Collaboration: Work effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless client service
