Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, qualifying leads, and nurturing relationships to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to target manufacturing companies
  • Qualify leads and conduct needs assessments to identify potential customers
  • Nurture relationships with key decision-makers to drive sales growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in sales or a related field
  • Fluency in French
  • Education or trade experience in manufacturing (mechanical engineering, civil engineering, mechanical technician, machinist, etc.)
  • Experience in cold calling, lead generation, and communication
  • Solid understanding of sales processes and techniques
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Work Permit
