Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, qualifying leads, and nurturing relationships to drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to target manufacturing companies
- Qualify leads and conduct needs assessments to identify potential customers
- Nurture relationships with key decision-makers to drive sales growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in sales or a related field
- Fluency in French
- Education or trade experience in manufacturing (mechanical engineering, civil engineering, mechanical technician, machinist, etc.)
- Experience in cold calling, lead generation, and communication
- Solid understanding of sales processes and techniques
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Work Permit
