Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and update payroll process and system.
  2. Maintain and manage payroll documentation.
  3. Manage employee benefits.
  4. Collaborate with managers, external partners.
  5. Manage new hires process, terminations, benefits enrollments, and leaves.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
3 years minimum of experience in payroll and benefits administration
Experience with ADP pay system
Bilingual (English and French)
Detail and quality oriented;
Aptitude in interpersonal relationship and in communication;
Ability to work alone and in teams;
