Responsibilities:

  • • Recruit new and experienced real estate agents, aligning them with The Canadian Home's vision.
  • • Drive sales growth by adding new realtors to the team and actively participating in the incentive program.
  • • Establish a scalable process for vetting new realtors, ensuring alignment with our criteria.
  • • Ensure the confidentiality and security of candidate files and personal data throughout the recruitment process.
  • • Post compelling job openings on major job boards to attract a continuous flow of qualified applicants.
  • • Maintain meticulous records of all applicants, interviews, and related data, ensuring privacy and confidentiality.
  • • Actively seek new talent for the sales team through various communication channels, such as phone calls, emails, and in-person appointments.
