If you don’t like talking on the phone, this isn’t the position for you.Your ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new businessGrow sales within assigned basket of opportunitiesCompleting outbound calls, achieving meaningful sales interactions dailyBuild and maintain strong relationships with existing dealersLead contract negotiations and close dealsCreate and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targetsAnalyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities and adjust business strategies accordinglyAct as an ambassador for HERD, representing our brand at industry events, trade shows, and client meetingsParticipate in daily meetings, sales drills and role-playing exercisesContinuously update product knowledge Qualifications:Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably within the manufacturing or automotive industryUnderstanding of sales principles and customer service practicesProficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsSelf-motivated with a proactive approach to meeting goalsHighly organized with strong time management skillsWe appreciate all interest; however, only qualified candidates will be contacted.
