In this role, you will be responsible for:Mastering our BrandStarting on day one, you will study our brand voice and imagery, so that every asset or execution you work on is closely aligned with our brand.Content CalendarLead the creation and execution of a robust content calendar across all channels (social, website content, email marketing, and any others that show promise for reaching travellers) to drive engagement, education, inquiries and sales.Devise content themes and campaigns that accomplish marketing objectives, including growth of certain destinations, new product releases, new season launches, and sales promotions.Both individually and with the support of freelance contributors, create a mix of image, written and video content that is entertaining, engaging, informing, and activates potential travellers with our brand and our products.Product-specific DripsLead the creation and execution of pre-booking email drip campaigns served to leads based on their expressed interest in individual products. You will also be responsible for the ongoing refinement of already established drips sent to leads pre-booking and customers pre-travel (loaded with helpful tips to prepare for their tour).New Conversion Strategies & EventsAs our business grows, so does our database of leads waiting for new ways to engage with us and continue through our funnel to an eventual purchase. You will be responsible for driving new strategies focused on converting existing leads, likely to include online or in-person events.AI-aided Search Engine Optimization (SEO)The advent of AI has presented a new opportunity to generate engaging and SEO-optimized content at scale to increase our top funnel reach.
