Business Development Manager

As the Business Development Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our client's growth trajectory. Your focus will be on identifying and capitalizing on opportunities in custom energyproducts, fostering relationships, and ensuring project success through effective negotiation and strategic planning.

Business Development/Sales/Marketing:
Identify and document prospective opportunities in their CRM system, ensuring timely updates and understanding customer requirements.
Drive marketing strategy through collaboration with our marketing department and attend professional development opportunities.
Negotiate terms and conditions in line with company policies and review final purchase orders for accuracy.
Follow up with clients post-proposal submission to gather competitive intelligence.
Business Process Improvements:
Contribute to enhancing sales and estimating processes, applying knowledge of risk management.
Support strategic capacity-building exercises to drive organizational growth.
Report to the Senior Vice President, Business Development and Engineering.

Bachelor's degree preferred in Commerce, Business Administration, Engineering, or relevant discipline.
Minimum 10 years of experience in selling custom-manufactured equipment, with international experience favored.
Experience in strategic planning and executing sales pipeline strategies.
Robust Network in Oil, Gas, Energy, and Petrochemical Industries.
US Travel and Sales Experience would be considered an asset.
