Plaza Auto Group's Hwy 11 Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram location is seeking an experienced Financial Services Manager to join our dynamic team. This is a commission-based, no cap position with earning potential of $135, per year

Community Involvement: Take part in initiatives that give back to our local communities
Greet customers and facilitate the smooth transition from sales to finance
Determine customer financing needs through comprehensive consultations
Present financing options and product menus to enhance the vehicle ownership experience
Process finance transactions in compliance with OMVIC, provincial, and federal regulations
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build loyalty
Set and achieve sales goals and performance targets
Handle all administrative tasks timely and in accordance with company policies
Deliver exceptional customer service at every touchpoint
High school diploma or equivalent; additional business/finance education is an asset
Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service
Experience In Automotive Sales Or Finance Preferred
Valid driver's license with a safe driving record
Minimum 1 year in an automotive business office or finance role
