Required Skills and Experience *- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in resource management combined with post-secondary education.
- A functional understanding of staff resources management for professional service type of projects, preferably in the software industry.
- Familiarity/experience with Project Planning, resource management tools (i.e.. Oracle NetSuite, Smartsheets, JIRA, Confluence, Salesforce).
- Competent with workflow analysis, process design, process improvement, systems testing, and project schedules.
- Experience with agile, waterfall, and hybrid project management.

- This role will be responsible for planning and overseeing the staffing process. to understand the staffing needs for current and future projects.

and contracted employees.
● Help plan, organize and implement sustainable staffing strategies.
● Participate in the development and maintenance of a global skills inventory for bench staff.
● Design and plan work shift schedules.
● discussion of forecasting, staff levelling and new priorities with a view to pipeline projects
and project impacts.
● Maintain a reporting dashboard and report regularly on staffing allocations for projects,
identifying issues or gaps that could affect project timelines.
● Participate in the People Vendor Management process including gathering, identifying and
submittal, obtaining approvals and issuing direction to support the end-to-end process.
● Comply with the privacy, security, and confidentiality policies.
