Who are we and what do we do? RFDM Solutions is a boutique technologyconsulting firm based in downtown Victoria. We create cutting edge websites,digital and account-based marketing campaigns, and custom software solutionsfor clients all over North America. In shortest terms, we spend our dayssolving unique technology problems for industries as diverse as B2B and B2Cecommerce, non-profit, technologies and venture capital.
We are full-stack marketing and sales technology experts, andour services include Website Development, Digital Marketing and MarketingAutomation, CRM Solutions, and Custom Cloud Application development.

What’s the job all about? The job is a Hubspot CRM ImplementationSpecialist with a focus on processes and integrations. Working as a businesssolutions consultant within our project team, you will help our clients solvecomplex problems within a variety of CRMs and connected platforms. You willoften have to connect different processes across multiple departments andsoftware platforms to ensure a smooth, continuous workflow. No two projects areever the same. We are looking for a creative problem solver who cannot onlyimplement solutions created by the team but design original solutionsthemselves.

Requirements

What skills and experience do youneed to have?

The main technical skills we would needyou to have are:

(1) You have experience working as animplementer and/or administrator within HubSpot with additionalvalue towards those who have also worked in others i.e. Zoho and Salesforce. ValidHubSpot Certifications and on the job experience would be considered an additionalasset and bonus.

(2) You have experience in some of thefollowing areas:

· Cloud platform integrations

· Creating sales workflows and sequences

· User training

(3) You are comfortable researching newsolutions, verifying their capabilities, and providing evidence to demonstratethat you have identified the best option.

(4) You can comfortably and clearlycommunicate to clients, as well as actively listen to the client’s needs. Youare comfortable with being responsible for delivering projects on a deadline,and with juggling more than one project at a time.

With respect to experience, it would be great tohear from candidates that have at least a two or more years working in asimilar role in an agency environment, however we are also willing to train the right candidate that candemonstrate that they are proficient in the above skill sets and are willing tocommit to filling their gaps in knowledge through some rapid on the jobtraining.

What’sthe offer?
The role is full time, fully remote role with option to use the downtownVictoria office if you are locally located. We offer a Mon-Fri work week, basedon a standard 7.5 hour workday. The compensation offered will be based on yourskills and previous work experience. We also offer a generous extended heathplan, flexible hours around our core hours with three weeks paid vacation tostart.
